Chapter updates: CFA-LA Writing Group, RTP Workshops

CFA-LA regularly hosts workshops and training to build faculty spaces to share best practices, build awareness, build your faculty rights knowledge. We have kicked off the year with a CFA-LA research and writing group.

This group provides for a quiet space on campus for faculty to research and write with colleagues and peers. Join us every Tuesday this month from 9:00 to 10:30 AM. Light refreshments and coffee will be provided.

It’s review time for many faculty. The first faculty workshop will be next week, on September 11th from 12:00 to 1:30 PM. This is a virtual workshop tailored for tenure-track faculty in their second year up for review. The training covers everything you need to know for your files.
