Peace everyone,
We invite all CFA-LA members to join the Council for Racial and Social Justice (CRSJ) for a brief meal with a brief meeting this Wednesday, November 12, in the Community Room in the Library from 10:30 AM to 12 PM.
If you’ve been curious about what CRSJ is about or how you can be more involved, this is the meeting for you! If you are looking for community, this meeting is for you! If you are caught in the end of the fall semester malaise, and need some downtime and social space with fellow union members, this is your space! Tell a friend and bring a friend!
We want to ensure everyone feels welcomed to come and be in community at a time where the very notion of it is being threatened.
We will have food and will be sharing a bit of information with everyone but the most important part is the convening!
The CRSJ is made up of the following caucuses:
APIDA: Asian Pacific Islander Desi American Caucus
Black Caucus
Chicanx/Latinx Caucus
Disability Caucus
LGBTQIA+: Lesbian Gay Bisexual Trans Queer/Questioning Intersex Asexual and identities not explicitly listed
